Rentería Sensational for Pride
|
Hartford picked up a win at Hot Chickens Park, bumping off the Nashville Hot Chickens, 6-0. Pitcher Matthew Rentería was a major reason the Pride emerged victorious. With the win, Hartford goes to 45-50, while the Hot Chickens fall to 51-44.
Rentería, now 9-8, scattered 5 hits over 7.1 innings for the Pride.
"We'll take some time to unwind," said Rentería, "and then get after it again."
