Humpbacks Need Extra Frames to Get Past Nobles
The Alaskan Humpbacks defeated the Bakersfield Nobles, 6-4, at Sea World. Alaskan right fielder Yuk Cuan had a superb performance. He was 2 for 2 with a home run and 3 walks, while scoring 2. José Franco, now 2-1, picked up the win in relief. He allowed no runs on 2 hits in 4 innings. The Humpbacks sit in 5th place in the Premier AAA with a record of 17-16.

Norberto Carrillo won the game for Alaskan when homered off Juichi Kanno in the bottom of the tenth.

"If the personal accolades come, so be it," said Cuan. "I just want to win ballgames."
