Jackson Delivers 1-0 Win
|
Alan Jackson was outstanding against Ellenburg. The right-hander had a fastball that was virtually unhittable at times. The result was a Red Pandas 1-0 win. Júlio Martínez locked down his 12th save. Sioux Falls is now 35-34.
Jackson, who leaned on his fastball, allowed no runs on just 2 hits over 6.1 innings for the Red Pandas. For the most part, Ellenburg hitters were simply overmatched.
"Alan is tough when he's hitting his spots," said Sioux Falls manager Leslie Brooks.
