Getting offensive support from Eric Heath, the Ellenburg Fighting Dachshunds topped the Sioux Falls Red Pandas, 3-1. Heath was 1 for 1 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for the Fighting Dachshunds. Mario Ledezma recorded the save, his 3rd. The win puts the Fighting Dachshunds at 31-36, while the Red Pandas drop to 33-34.

Heath had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the eighth. On a 0-1 curveball from Callum Rollings, he banged a 2-run home run to left-center, giving the Fighting Dachshunds a 3-1 lead. It was the 6th home run of the year for Heath.

"We'll hit the hot tub in good spirits tonight," said Heath.
