Thunderbirds Earn 4-2 Win Against Fighting Dachshunds
The Hamilton Thunderbirds got a stellar effort from pitcher Raúl Martínez, helping Hamilton score a win over the visiting Ellenburg Fighting Dachshunds, 4-2. Their 31-24 record puts the Thunderbirds second in the Menard's AAA.

Hamilton won the game in the bottom of the tenth inning. With two outs and Hai-liang Che on the mound for Ellenburg, first baseman Tom Rollins hit a dramatic 2-run home run, bringing Thunderbirds fans to their feet.

"We did enough to win," said Martínez.
