Wang Leads Fighting Dachshunds to 8-3 Win Over Blitzkrieg
Ellenburg second baseman Ming Wang contributed to his team's 8-3 win over the Port Huron Blitzkrieg. Wang, who is tied for 6th in the 3AAA in doubles with 10, went 4 for 5 with 3 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Fighting Dachshunds. Ellenburg reliever Kunimatsu Uchida got the win, raising his record to 1-2. Ed Pearce was tagged with the loss. The win has Ellenburg at 15-22.

The game was all tied up in the top of the eighth, until Wang delivered big-time for Ellenburg, stroking a dramatic run-scoring single off Ed Pearce. The game-changing hit put the Fighting Dachshunds on top, 4-3.

"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," Wang said after the game.
