The Port Royal Disaster picked up a win at The Bamboo Forest, taking down the Sioux Falls Red Pandas, 2-1. Starting pitcher Edmund Rochefort was a big reason why. In 6 innings, Rochefort surrendered 4 hits, while striking out 6 and walking 2. He allowed 1 run. Jesús Pérez finished the game for Port Royal and earned his 1st save.
Kane Tucker, the 23-year old left fielder , had a direct impact on the outcome. Tucker contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the third inning to put Port Royal up, 2-0.

The win puts Port Royal at 11-8.
