Red Pandas Win, Burnell 3-4
|
The Sioux Falls Red Pandas topped the Pawnee ParksNRec by a score of 7-5. Leading the way was designated hitter Lewis Burnell. Burnell was 3 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3 for the Red Pandas. Otis Knapp earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed 3 runs on 3 hits in 3.1 innings. His record is now 1-0. Jon Phillips recorded his 1st save for Sioux Falls.
