Shredders Drop White Walkers, 6-4
|
The Buffalo White Walkers got a superb performance from pitcher Lloyd Natoff. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Hollywood. The Shredders won the game, 6-4. Natoff came in in relief and pitched to 17 batters. Hollywood is 9-13 and Buffalo, with the loss, 12-10.
Hollywood used the timely hitting of Trent Brown to seize the win. The right fielder stroked a 2-run single in the top of the 19th inning to put the Shredders on top, 6-4. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
"It's a satisfying feeling, to win like we did," said Brown.
