League Suspends Stam and Slot for Brawl Wednesday, August 24th , 2050 Kjeld Stam of MSL Ft. Worth and Andy Slot of MSL Las Vegas were the main participants in a recent bench-clearing brawl and today the league handed out its punishment. Stam will have to miss 2 games for his part in the brawl, while Slot was given 4 games. League officials announced their suspensions today. This year Stam is batting .251 with 45 hits, 2 home runs, 19 RBIs, 12 walks, .313 OBP and has scored 33 runs. This season Slot has worked 27 innings with 19 strikeouts en route to a 1-3 record and a 5.00 ERA. |
