Franklin Loses Chi-young Zhang for Season Wednesday, August 31st , 2050 The season is ending on a bad note for Chi-young Zhang, starting pitcher for the Franklin Fire. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Zhang was hurt against the Ladue Rams while throwing a pitch. He suffered a torn labrum and will be out for at least 4-5 months. Zhang has fashioned a 3-4 mark for the season, 5.02 ERA and thrown 95 innings in 19 starts. Opposing clubs are batting .266 against him. |
