Hamish Mitchell Hurt, Out for Year Sunday, June 26th , 2050 The season is ending on a bad note for Hamish Mitchell, starting pitcher for the Memphis Music. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Mitchell was hurt against the North Ft. Myers Gators while throwing a pitch. He suffered shoulder inflammation and will be out for at least 4-5 months. Thus far this season, Mitchell has tossed 53.1 innings in 11 starts, fanned 55 batters, walked 6 and put up a 2.53 ERA with 2 wins and 2 losses. |
