Ayala Will Play Football Instead of Baseball Monday, December 5th , 2050 Plattsburgh multi-sport star Tony Ayala has decided to discontinue his baseball career and focus full-time on his football career. Despite his love of baseball, Ayala says he likes his prospects on the gridiron better than the diamond. "It was a tough decision, but I think this is the right one for me," said the Puffer Fish reliever. Ayala, considered to be a standout wide receiver, is projected as a late 1st or 2nd round pick in the upcoming NFL draft. |
