Vega PA-'s Top Player for 2050

Iván Vega took USPL Low A by storm this year, and he did it all at the age of 21.
For his spectacular campaign, the Quebec City Baby Blues star has been named the 2050 USPL Low A Most Valuable Player Award recipient.
"To be considered amongst the best in the league is overwhelming," said the third baseman.
On the season he compiled a .309 batting average to go with a .434 on-base percentage. The native of Hartselle, Alabama also added 12 doubles, 1 triple, 32 home runs, 75 RBIs and 63 runs scored.
He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Bill Jackson of the Tulsa Otters finished second in voting, while Bill Robinson of the Crowley Cajuns finished third.
