Nuesink Raps 3 HR Against Baby Blues Friday, July 29th , 2050 Every now and then, everything just comes together. Sidney Nuesink discovered that today at Dylan Park, as he smashed three home runs during the 6-5 Hicksville Hounds win over the Quebec City Baby Blues. "I got three balls to hit and nailed all three of them," the Hicksville first baseman said in his postgame interview. "The first was a hanging curve, the second was right down the middle and the last one was a good pitch, but I guessed right and put the wood to it." Nuesink finished the day with 3 hits in 5 at-bats and 5 RBIs. Sidney Nuesink hit a two-run home run off José Morales in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off José Morales in the 4th, flied out in the 6th and hit a two-run home run off Declan Stay in the 9th. To date this year Nuesink is batting .204 with 13 home runs. |
