PAA Outstanding Pitcher Award Goes to Parker Wednesday, October 5th , 2050 This past season John Parker put on quite a show in the USPL Double A. In 20 starts he posted a 9-6 record for Virginia Beach to capture the 2050 Outstanding Pitcher Award. In 20 starts and 132 innings, Parker yielded 92 hits, holding the opposition to a .196 average. He chalked up 98 strikeouts and posted a 2.05 ERA. He received 8 first place votes out of a possible 10.
