Star of the Week Honored in PAA Monday, June 13th , 2050 Senzo Matsuura has been in a real groove lately. The 24-year-old Gulf Coast Turbeaus center fielder nabbed USPL Double A Player of the Week honors today after beating up on opposing pitchers all last week. Matsuura's hot streak featured 7 hits in 14 at-bats, 2 home runs, 5 RBIs, 3 runs scored and a .500 average. For the season Matsuura is currently batting .287 with 2 home runs and 16 RBIs. In 25 games he has reached base at a .330 rate and scored 5 runs to date. |
