Providence's Shaik Goes Ballistic with 5 Hits Saturday, July 30th , 2050 The Providence Pilgrims tripped up the Lake Minnetonka Love Boats 7-6 today. The Pilgrims were led by Abdoulaye Shaik, their 25-year-old first baseman. Shaik made life miserable for Lake Minnetonka pitchers all day, tagging them for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. Abdoulaye Shaik hit an RBI single in the 2nd, hit a two-run triple in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 8th, flied out in the 10th and singled in the 12th.
