Cangrejos Fantasmas Kyle Williams to Miss Year Friday, June 24th , 2050 The season is finished for Kyle Williams of the Chesapeake Cangrejos Fantasmas. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Cangrejos Fantasmas reliever suffered radial nerve compression while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Minnesota Loons. Team doctors said it would take at least 6 months to heal. This season Williams has logged no saves. He has thrown 17.2 innings, dished out 17 strikeouts and walked 6 while putting up a 0-2 mark and a 1.02 ERA. |
