SAAA Player of the Week Named Monday, August 8th , 2050 One of the league's most exciting young players, Gene Haber of the Tortolita Drummers earned himself USSL Triple A Player of the Week honors with a standout performance in last week's games. For the week the 25-year-old right fielder had a lofty .500 average (7-for-14), collecting 3 home runs, 5 RBIs and 4 runs scored. In 62 games this season Haber has compiled a .245 batting average with 51 hits and 10 home runs. He has also scored 29 times and knocked in 27 runs. |
