Anderson Takes This Week's Trophy Monday, September 12th , 2050 Markus Anderson is respected by most Syracuse Squirrel Monkeys fans for his no-frills style of play. The 28-year-old center fielder went about his business with vigor last week to grab the USPL Triple A Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .600 average (6-for-10) with 2 home runs, 4 RBIs and 4 runs scored. So far this season Anderson is hitting .181 with 7 home runs. |
