Postseason Bid Ends for Baton Rouge Tuesday, September 6th , 2050 It wasn't meant to be for the Baton Rouge Brass this year. Despite a tough battle, they were eliminated from playoff contention today. "It is a bad feeling," said Brass reliever Vicente López. "Once you get into the playoffs, anything can happen. But you've gotta get in there first, and we weren't able to do that." This is the 7th time in a row that the Brass have missed the playoffs.Their last payoff appearance was in 2036.Baton Rouge has won the PL AAA Championship 5 times in their history. |
