In what was a tight race into the season's final days, the Thunderbirds have come out on top and will be heading to the postseason full of confidence. "We feel good. The Menard's AAA is full of great teams and we were pushed all season long," said center fielder Lorenzo Morales. "People can argue who they think is going to win the 3L AAA Championship, but there's a lot of belief in this room." A championship would be the 2nd in franchise history. |
