Idaho Falls's Ocon to Miss Season Sunday, June 26th , 2050 Esteban Ocon of the Chukars just might have to call it quits for the season. The 22-year-old Idaho Falls reliever received a possible season-ending injury against the Chicago Tula recently at Idaho Falls Park. Ocon suffered a ruptured finger tendon while throwing a pitch. The Chukars medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 4 months. During this season Ocon has 6 relief appearances and registered 0 saves. Batters are hitting him at a .258 rate and his season record is 1-0 with a 3.86 ERA. He has logged 9.1 innings and struck out 5. |
