Northern Virginia's Ratko Peric Suffers Setback Sunday, October 16th , 2050 Northern Virginia received another blow today when doctors revealed that Rainbow Mermaids starting pitcher Ratko Peric had suffered a setback in his recovery and will miss additional time because of shoulder inflammation. Peric has been nearing his projected return date, but now that will be pushed back 8 months. Ratko Peric is expected to undergo surgery in Hampton(Virginia) tomorrow. To date this year in 7 starts, Peric has crafted a 3-2 mark with a 3.67 ERA. |
