Rookie Hurler Honored by PL Thursday, September 1st , 2050 Pitcher Mark Hodge of the Colorado Billy Goats was the standout rookie in the United States Premier League last month and today the league announced that he won the Rookie of the Month trophy. In August his record was 2-0 with a 1.91 ERA and 32 strikeouts in 33 innings. For the season Hodge has logged 3 wins and 1 loss and struck out 42 batters in 43 innings while compiling a 1.88 ERA. |
