The Baltimore Bullets went down to defeat to Jeff McFarland and his Ft. Worth teammates. The final score was 8-1 in favor of the Cattlemen. Ft. Worth currently is in 9th place in the Silver League at 35-40.

Tetsu Matsumoto put Ft. Worth in front, 5-0, when he took Yong-zhan Long downtown. His 3-run home run came with two out in the top of the third. It was his 12th home run of the season.

"We think we're a good team overall, so we're not too surprised to win today," said McFarland.
