Grey Wolves Topple Cattlemen, 4-2, as Aenlle Shines
|
The MSL Vancouver Grey Wolves saddled the MSL Ft. Worth Cattlemen with a loss at MSL Ft. Worth Ballpark. The final score was 4-2. Cortez Aenlle was 3 for 4, including 1 single and 2 home runs. The MSL Vancouver right fielder scored 3 runs and drove in 2. Francisco Rodríguez collected save number 3. The Grey Wolves, at 24-18, sit in 4th place in the SL MSL.
MSL Vancouver used a timely hit from Wei-fang Ping to get the win. The center fielder delivered a 2-run triple in the top of the sixth inning to put the Grey Wolves on top, 3-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was huge.
"We'll try to build on that win," Aenlle told the MSL Vancouver Bulletin.
