Bao Brilliant as Lakers Top Kingfishers, 6-2

In baseball, each game is unique. This one was no different.
Wen Bao was superb against MSL Pittsburgh. The left-hander, who is tied for 6th in the SMSL with a 6 quality starts, had a fastball that was virtually unhittable at times. The result was a Lakers victory. The score was 6-2. The loss makes MSL Pittsburgh 15-26.
The standout performance belonged to 18-year-old Bao. With his baby face, he looked more like someone starting for a high school team than for the Lakers. His performance, however, was nothing short of top-notch. The youngster dominated the Kingfishers, striking out 14 and scattering 3 hits over 7 innings. Bao is now 3-3 on the season.
"This was a good win for us," said Bao. "It's one more step toward our ultimate goal."
