The MSL Boston Patriots defeated the MSL Seattle Rocketeers, 13-5, in USSL Mexican Summer League action at MSL Seattle Ballpark. MSL Boston pitcher Lloyd Best had a standout performance. Best went 5 innings to notch the win. He scattered 5 hits, walked 1, and struck out 11. His record improves to 9-2. With the win, MSL Boston upped its record to 30-9.

The Patriots took the lead in the top of the first. With no one out, Gonzalo Zarauza hit a 2-run home run off MSL Seattle pitcher Kantaro Suzuki, putting MSL Boston in front, 3-0. For the game, Zarauza was 1-3 with a home run and 3 walks. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2.
