Lighthouse Go Down to Defeat, 7-3
The MSL Pittsburgh Kingfishers topped the MSL Long Island Lighthouse, 7-3, in USSL Mexican Summer League action at MSL Long Island Ballpark. The standout performance belonged to MSL Pittsburgh pitcher and Derby, England, native Luca Ansley. The 8th-place Kingfishers go to 12-18.

Helping the MSL Pittsburgh cause was Will Ashley. In the top of the fourth, the 18-year old right-handed pitcher had a run-scoring ground out to make the score 4-2, Kingfishers.

"I got in a good groove," said Ansley. "I was getting some swings and misses."
