Sandoval Lifts Browns to 5-2 Triumph
The MSL Cleveland Browns bested the MSL Las Vegas Flamingos, 5-2, at MSL Cleveland Ballpark. Luis Sandoval was one of the standouts. He went 3-4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2. José de Jesús Ramos, the winner, improved to 3-3. He held the Flamingos to 2 runs on 4 hits over 6.1 innings, while striking out 7 and walking 2. Wikoli Niley closed it out for his 2nd save.

The Browns had to work out of trouble in the top of the ninth. The score was 5-2, MSL Cleveland, with one out. MSL Las Vegas, with runners on 1st and 3rd, was mounting a threat. Bob Stewart dug in at the plate, but on a 1-2 fastball, he hit into a double play.

At 13-15, the Browns are currently 5th in the SL MSL.
