Rocketeers Collect 7-4 Win Versus MSL Pittsburgh
The inspired effort of MSL Pittsburgh shortstop Ieyoshi Saito was not enough to prevent a loss, 7-4, to the MSL Seattle Rocketeers. Saito was 3 for 5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. MSL Seattle pitcher Feitze Overdevest got the win, upping his record to 2-3. Luca Ansley got the loss. The save was credited to Francisco Campos, his 3rd.

MSL Seattle relied on the hitting of Miguel Méndez to pick up the win. The second baseman clubbed a 2-run single in the top of the first inning to put the Rocketeers on top, 2-0. For the game, Méndez had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"I'm proud of the boys for pulling through," said Rocketeers manager Mike Preston. "The wins don't come easy for this team, but everyone's got an extra jump in their step after a game like this."
