Paulaui Olakeakua was a major contributor to the 8-3 MSL Toledo win over MSL Kingston Township. The Stingers center fielder was 2 for 4 with a home run. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Arturo Costello got credit for the win, improving to 5-1. He allowed 2 runs on 8 hits in 6.2 innings. The 4th-place Stingers are now 14-10, the Knights 8-16.

When the Stingers needed a boost, it was the light-hitting Olakeakua who delivered. Facing MSL Kingston Township pitcher Francisco Soto the bottom of the fifth with runners on 1st and 3rd, Olakeakua hit his 4th home run of the year. It made the score 6-2.

"If we keep hitting the ball well, the wins will pile up," said MSL Toledo skipper Álex Burgos.
