Kingfishers Come Up Short at MSL Baltimore, 5-4
The MSL Pittsburgh Kingfishers got a sterling performance from center fielder Theo Belcher, but the MSL Baltimore Bullets still prevailed, 5-4. Belcher was 2 for 3 with a double and 2 walks. Carlos Valtierra picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 1-0. Hyeong-ro Yi was tagged with the loss. Donatello Capano got the save, the 1st for him this season.

A key moment came in the bottom of the fourth inning when Bullets right fielder Sallvador Prezado socked a first pitch fastball to left for a run-scoring single, putting MSL Baltimore up, 4-2.

"We'll enjoy this win," said Prezado. "But there's more we hope to accomplish."

The win takes MSL Baltimore to 3-1.
