The MSL San Mateo Dirty Reds knocked off the MSL New Orleans Voodoo, 13-6, at MSL New Orleans Ballpark. Andrew Perkins hit 1 single and 2 doubles, while driving in 2 runs. Matt Hall got the win, improving to 2-0. He pitched 6 innings, giving up 7 hits and 4 runs, while striking out 6 and walking 5. Earning his 1st save for MSL San Mateo was Alberto Carrasco.

In the top of the first, Kevin Clark pounced on a fastball from Roberto Ramírez and hit a run-scoring double. It gave MSL San Mateo a quick 1-0 lead.
