Trash Pandas Snatch Late Win
The Watford City Trash Pandas topped the Flint Crush, 4-2, in M3L Low A action at Flint Park. The standout performance belonged to Watford City pitcher and Daegu, South Korea, native Cheol-han Cho. Watford City reliever Bruce Lewis picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Miguel Alicea shouldered the loss. Jeffrey Kelley was credited with the save for Watford City, his 2nd of the season.

Watford City needed the clutch hitting of Carl Schroeder to notch the win. The second baseman hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Trash Pandas on top, 4-2. For the game, Schroeder had 1 home run and 1 single in 3 at-bats.

"We played hard and won," said Cho. "Sometimes, baseball really is that easy.'

Watford City is now 40-21, while Flint is 23-38.
