The Moose Jaw Canucks picked up a win at Beaver Town, knocking off the Northwest Territory Beavers, 3-0. On the mound for Moose Jaw was right-hander Herman Buker, who played a pivotal role in the win. Orlando Uribe recorded the save, his 3rd. Moose Jaw currently is in 5th place in the Menard's Low A at 11-10.
Buker made it look effortless. He scattered 3 hits over 6.1 innings, while racking up 10 strikeouts. The Moose Jaw right-hander encountered little resistance from the Northwest Territory hitters. His season record is now 2-2.
