Yi Leads Shady Side Past Surprise
The Shady Side Zoomies got a stellar performance from pitcher Hyeong-ro Yi, who handcuffed the Surprise offense en route to a win, 5-0, at Shockers Field. The Shockers, now 5-13, continue their poor start.

Yi, who leaned on his fastball, allowed no runs on just 2 hits over 7.1 innings for the Zoomies. For the most part, Surprise hitters were simply overmatched.

Yi described the clubhouse as "strangely calm" after the game.
