Rhinos Suffer 3-1 Loss to Baby Blues
|
In a low-scoring game between Quebec City and Redwood, pitcher Frank Randolf was excellent. The Quebec City left-hander helped his team knock off the Rhinos, 3-1. Randolf picked up the win for Quebec City, going 7 innings. He gave up 1 run on 3 hits. He now sports a record of 3-0. Éric Lemaire, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 9th save.
Quebec City relied on the hitting of Ernesto González to pick up the win. The catcher clubbed a solo home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Baby Blues on top, 2-0. For the game, González had 1 home run and 2 singles in 4 at-bats.
