A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Las Vegas Flamingos and Long Island Lighthouse.

The Las Vegas Flamingos defeated the Long Island Lighthouse, 6-2, in United States Silver League action at The Strip. Koryusai Ohayashi pulled his weight. The 10-year veteran went 3 for 5 with a triple and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Las Vegas now sits in 8th place in the Silver League at 11-16.

Ohayashi had a big hit for Las Vegas with no one out in the bottom of the fifth. With Las Vegas leading 2-1, Ohayashi hit a 2-run triple. It was his 3rd triple of the season and put the Flamingos up, 4-1.

"We'll put that win in the can," said Ohayashi, "and go after the next one."
