Spirited fans greeted the Plattsburgh Puffer Fish for their clash with the Athletic Club KC U-21.

In a low-scoring tilt between the Athletic Club KC U-21 and the Plattsburgh Puffer Fish, Julián Elscudero was the difference-maker. The Athletic Club KC right-hander spearheaded the 3-0 win. In 7.2 innings, Elscudero surrendered 4 hits, while striking out 4 and walking 1. He allowed no runs. The save went to Harry Miller, his 1st this season.

Marcus Hambley put Athletic Club KC in front, 2-0, when he hit a solo home run off Don House in the top of the fourth. It was his 4th home run of the season.
