Riding the 2-hit performance of the 25-year old shortstop Kyung-chul Son, the Pittsburgh Kingfishers stopped the Boston Patriots, 11-1. Pittsburgh is now 11-7.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Sébastien Guillaume? The Pittsburgh designated hitter had a 2-run double in the top of the first inning to put the Kingfishers on top, 2-0. For the game, Guillaume had 1 double and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
