Monroeville Yinzers starter Jon Beck pitched his team past the Matlacha Manatees, 2-1. Matlacha now has a 6-game losing streak.

The Yinzers got a big at-bat from third baseman Daniel Abercromby. For the game, Abercromby was 2 for 3 with 2 triples and a walk, while adding 2 RBI. In the bottom of the third, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 2-run triple. His 2nd triple of the season gave Monroeville a 2-0 lead.
