The Lake Erie Arryns did just enough to sneak past the Huntington Hermit Crabs, 4-3, at The Shell. Lake Erie pitcher Katsuhito Goto, in particular, had a standout performance. The loss has the Hermit Crabs at 16-3.

Sixto Gil, not known for his power, had a big at-bat with no one out in the top of the sixth. That's when he connected on a fastball from Norio Uchiyama for a solo home run. His 2nd home run of the season put Lake Erie in front, 4-3.

In comments to the Lake Erie Daily News, Goto insisted that he's not as disinterested as it often appears. "Haters will hate," he added.
