Narrow Win Takes Huntington Streak to 9
The Smoky Mountain Hobeaus got a superb performance from pitcher Ricardo Romo. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Huntington. The Hermit Crabs won the game, 4-3. Romo threw 6.1 innings of 5-hit ball. With the win, Huntington improves its record to 9-0.

Huntington used the clutch hitting of Ahti Riikonen to capture the win. The first baseman drilled a run-scoring double in the top of the 11th inning to give the Hermit Crabs the lead, 4-3. For the game, Riikonen had 2 singles and 1 double in 5 at-bats.

"We feel like we're going to win every game right now," said Huntington skipper Mike Evans.
