Vincent Lifts Whales to 9-1 Win
With catcher Casey Vincent leading the charge, the Virginia Beach Whales defeated the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks, 9-1, at Thunder Hawks Ballpark. Vincent, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2043 draft, was 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Virginia Beach is now 19-21, while Ft. Polk South is 17-23.

Damon Joseph hit a run-scoring double off Kyle Conley in the top of the first, which put the Whales in front, 1-0. In addition to the double, Joseph had 2 singles and 1 walk, while going 3 for 5.
