The Minnesota Loons topped the Bethesda Atoms, 7-1, in USSL Double A action at Atoms Field. The standout performance belonged to Minnesota pitcher and La Romana, Dominican Republic, native Reynaldo Vázquez. After today's action, Minnesota sits at 36-39, while Bethesda falls to 17-58.
With runs few and far between, the Loons had to seize their opportunities when they came.
