Quintana belts 2 home runs in Love Boats Win
Lake Minnetonka left fielder Gabriel Quintana made his presence felt in the 11-9 Love Boats triumph over the Squirrel Hill Pierogis. Quintana belted 2 home runs, while scoring 4 times and driving in 5. Lake Minnetonka reliever Teddy Diplock picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Charles Voorneveld took the loss. Octávio Ortíz closed the game out for Lake Minnetonka, earning his 3rd save.

Calum MacKinlay tagged a home run off Charles Voorneveld in the bottom of the sixth. His 3-run blast put the Love Boats on top, 11-8. In all, MacKinlay had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.

"Crazy game," said Quintana after it ended.

With the win over Squirrel Hill, the Love Boats improved to 37-38.
