Christian Adams was outstanding against Barton Springs. The right-hander had a changeup that was virtually unhittable at times. The result was a Loons 3-2 win. Adams got the win, improving to 3-3. He allowed 3 hits and walked 3 over 7.1 innings. Adams allowed 1 run. Minnesota is now 24-30, while Barton Springs is 28-26.

Minnesota got the win thanks to a clutch hit from Ju-ho Hwang. The pinch hitter stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the eighth inning to put the Loons ahead, 2-1. Though it was his only hit in 1 at-bat, it had a major impact on the outcome.

Hwang told the Minnesota Gazette: "I don't know which I enjoy more -- being a ballplayer or the perks that come with being a ballplayer."
